
A nostalgic summer dessert transformed into a cool, creamy cookie and chocolate infused latte – DIY style!
This concoction uses three of my favorite high-vibe brands to create a perfectly well-balanced coffee drink worthy of any cafe or coffee shop =)
So celebrate the season with a warm toasty S’more paired with a homemade S’mores Latte on a warm summer night!
Healthy S’mores Latte
Ingredients:
2 Partake Foods graham cookies, plus more for topping
1 c water
1 tbsp + 1/4 c Nutpods marshmallow creamer, divided
1/2 c cold brew or 2 shots espresso (or herbal alternative), chilled
2 tsp cacao powder + 2 tsp Living Ratio cacao calm
Optional: Partake graham crumbs, marshmallows, and/or shaved chocolate for topping
Method:
Pour the water and 1 tbsp creamer over the cookies in a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for 30 seconds to create a creamy milk. Strain if desired.
Combine the coffee with the cacao powder and cacao calm and froth until well blended.
Froth the 1/4 c marshmallow creamer.
In a glass with ice, pour the coffee, followed by the graham cookie milk.
Top with marshmallow creamer.
Garnish with graham crumbs, shaved chocolate and/or marshmallows.
