Healthy Hormone Cookie Dough Bites (GF, Vegan, Grain-free)

Cookie dough – but make it grain-free, hormone-friendly, adaptogenic + vegan! 🍪💗😱

The nourishing ingredients that create cookie magic when mixed together include: 

💛nut butter (I love Butterfly Superfood)

💛Raw honey or date syrup

💛Vanilla protein powder

💛Coconut flour

LUT or FOL from Seed cycle blend

💛Maca powder


💛Vanilla essential oil or paste 

💛Cacao nibs (I like the sweet ones from Terrasoul) or chopped Raaka Chocolate 

They’re the most fun and delish way to incorporate seeds for hormonal balance – made easier with Seed Cycle Blend (or feel free to grind your own), and packed with a ton of plant protein and fiber!

Hot tip: make a double or triple batch of each type (follicular and luteal) and stash them in the freezer for happy, healthy hormones all month long!

Healthy Hormone Cookie Dough Bites (GF, Vegan, Grain-free)


1/4 c nut butter (I love Butterfly Superfood)

3 tbsp Raw honey or date syrup

2 tbsp non-dairy milk

3-4 tbsp plant-based vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp sifted coconut flour

1/4-1/3 c Seed Cycle Blend** ground seeds 

2 tsp maca powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Optional: Vanilla essential oil or vanilla bean paste 

For stirring in: Cacao nibs (I like the sweet ones from @terrasoul, chopped nuts,  seeds

For coating: cacao powder or more seed cycle blend 


Mix the nut butter, sweetener, and milk until smooth and creamy.

Add remaining ingredients and mix to form a thick, slightly sticky “dough,”

Optional: stir in additional ingredients

Roll into bites or press into a shallow glass pan.

Coat in cacao or seed cycle blend if desired.

Store refrigerated for up to 7 days or frozen for 3 months. 

I enjoy mine straight from the freezer =)

**Note:  FOL is for the follicular phase (days 1-14/ovulation), and LUT blend is for your luteal phase (days 15-28, or the day after ovulation until your bleed)
