Apple season, that is!
There are few things more satisfying than biting into a fresh, crisp, sweet-tart apple. Preferably right off the tree, but I suppose that’s a pretty high standard.
However, even if you don’t go apple picking, thank goodness for farmers’ markets and an abundance of organic produce at many grocery stores. I am already seeing quite a variety of in-season apples popping up in stores and I could not be happier!
So, what better way to ring in Apple Season than a nourishing breakfast bowl that truly let’s the fruit shine – without any added sugar!
