I’m sick. And when I get sick, which fortunately is not often, I get really sick. I don’t take over-the-counter meds, and certainly not antibiotics (which I believe contributed to my current health problems, but that’s its own story). Although I do not drink juice regularly because I eat a ton of whole fruit, I can tell that my body is in desperate need of lots of vitamins, certainly more than I could consume from whole food alone. So these are a few of the tasty juices I have been drinking to recover ASAP. Below I listed just some of the many health benefits these juices provide. If you have a juicer, make ‘em yourself, otherwise, suggest these combinations to your local juice bar rather than ordering off the menu. YUMMM.
