Favorite DIY Non-Dairy Matcha Lattes

If you’re not a matcha lover . . . hold that thought . .

You may have been turned off because


a) the matcha powder you had was not fresh or low quality

b) wrong milk to matcha ratio, not enough sweetener, or wrong kind of milk

I’ve solved that problem with simple, delicious, no-fail recipes you can make at home in a few minutes!

This lattes are great warm or over ice, but keep in mind you may want to add more sweetener and/or matcha to iced lattes since the colder temperature dilutes the taste πŸ˜‰

🍡GINGER BEET OAT MILK MATCHA LATTE 🍡

πŸ’šHeaping teaspoon Mantra Matcha ceremonial grade ginger beet matcha powder 

πŸ’š1/2 tsp each maca & cinnamon

πŸ’š2 tbsp hot water

πŸ’š12 oz oil-free oat milk (like Planet Oat or Malk)

πŸ’š1 tbsp Manuka honey or 2 tsp monkfruit 

πŸ’š1/2 tsp vanilla

πŸ’šCinnamon, for topping

In a large mug, stir or froth the matcha, maca and cinnamon with 2 tbsp hot water til smooth

Heat the oat milk over medium heat until simmering, then pour into the mug

Froth with a hand-held frother

Gently stir in the sweetener and vanilla

Top with cinnamon and enjoy with your favorite breakfast or as an afternoon pick-me-up ☺️
